Not an easy question to answer.
The variety of strip clubs in London is vast and the quality varies.
I think it may be easier to approach this puzzle by breaking it down into different categories.
1) quality of girls
2) quality of dances
3) best value: Bang for your Buck!

Venus
I took a visit to Venus Table Dancing Club in London last night.
It is close to Farringdon station.
29/35 Farringdon Road London EC1M 3JB
Open 6 nights a week, 8pm to 4am Monday to Wednesday and 8pm to 5am Thursday to Saturday.
FREE admission before 10pm - open from 8pm to 4am
I obviously arrived before 10pm to get the free entry. Good selection of girls, maybe 15-20 in total. All seemed to be from UK/EU; legal.
Beware, the drinks are very expensive and a 15% service charge is added. £4 for a lemonade; £5 for a beer. £200 for champagne.
The girls approach the gents to ask if they want a tableside dance for £10 b4 10pm. There is also option of private dance in curtained off areas for £20 per song.
Also continual stage show which was very enjoyable.
Girls were very friendly and would take a no for an answer But some came back for a 2nd try. Can't blame them though.
As soon as you have paid a girl the £10 they have to raise it in the air and a member of staff swaps it for a Venus Voucher. The girls exchange this back to earn £8.
I had a couple of pleasant table side dances which had a small bit of contact but nevertheless enjoyable.
I won't make this a regular but if you are local and its before 10pm not a bad place to have a beer etc:)
